This page sets out the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the CornerstonePlus service operated by Cornerstone Building Certification Pty Ltd (ABN 88 604 372 367) (Cornerstone, we, us, our). CornerstonePlus is an online tool that provides access to planning and property-related information for selected local government areas in Queensland. It is intended to assist users to understand planning and building constraints relevant to a property. It does not replace formal advice from local councils, certifiers or other professionals.
